I established evolvecoaching.co in 2011 to help individuals reach their full leadership potential. I specialize in working with clients who are:
- taking on new or more executive/senior leadership responsibilities,
- looking to further develop their skills as an existing leader,
- looking to demonstrate more leadership qualities in a non-leader or individual contributor role, or
- looking to have greater impact on their organization's success.
As a coach, I have worked with all levels of leader from Manager to CEO, across a variety of sectors including professional services, manufacturing, automation, technology, energy, local & regional government and not-for-profit. I have deep experience coaching through common leadership themes including:

Tapping an extensive business and entrepreneurial background spanning over 30 years, I have strong business acumen, am a quick study and help my clients get clear on key issues and priorities. My engaging communication style enables me to quickly establish trust and build highly productive relationships. These qualities are the foundation upon which I have built a coaching practice that gets results.
I hold a BA, am a graduate of the International Coach Academy and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. I am also a Certified Effectiveness Coach, a Kolbe specialist and a Certified Leadership Circle Practitioner. Born and raised in Toronto, I have had the good fortune of living and working in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia and I now split my time between Guelph, Ontario and Victoria, BC. In addition to working directly with my own clients, I provide executive and leadership coaching to clients of Epiphany Coaches Inc. and Pollinate Networks Inc.
