I'm known for being honest and direct. I'm also known for asking probing questions and for providing multiple perspectives. These qualities are the foundation upon which I've built a leadership coaching approach that gets results.

While every coaching engagement is unique and co-designed around your specific needs, the following framework is the glue that holds the process together: 

  1. Self-awareness - using the simple yet highly credible Kolbe A Index, we uncover your natural gifts and instinctive ways of taking action and apply this knowledge as we explore the leadership issues you bring to the table.
  2. Expectations - we get clarity on what effective leadership looks like in the eyes of your organization and how it's going to be measured. 
  3. Gaps - we do an analysis to determine the gaps between where you are and where you need to be and work together to set specific and relevant coaching objectives. 
  4. Accountability - using the Actionable Habit Builder, we extend the impact of each coaching session and increase the likelihood of you achieving your objectives. 
  5. Check ins - regular check ins ensure our focus is where it needs to be and allows us to recalibrate when necessary. 

My job as your coach is to provide a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space within which we can explore and pursue actions that will lead to the business outcomes both you and your organization value.  

I deliver coaching sessions in person for clients in the Guelph/Kitchener/Waterloo and greater Toronto area. For North American and global clients we connect virtually via phone or Zoom, an easy to use online video conferencing platform.
